本校課程依照教育局幼稚園教育課程指引,按照兒童身心發展和配合兒童的學習興趣來編訂的。課程以兒童為本,採用主題教學及設計活動兩種教學法,配合六個學習範疇,包括:體能與健康、語文、個人與群體、藝術與創意、幼兒數學、大自然與生活,以達至全人發展。幼兒透過自由探索、討論、戶外參觀等活動,擴闊兒童知識領域,培育主動學習,發揮潛能,培養群體合作精神及解難能力,讓幼兒能夠在愉快的環境下學習。本校重視幼兒品格的培養,定期為幼兒提供德育活動。
本校以持續性觀察記錄兒童的學習成效。為每一位兒童建立個人檔案,定期蒐集兒童的發展資料。同時舉行家長會,加強與家長聯繫,了解兒童學習進度,提供適切的輔導。亦透過家長講座、工作坊、迎新日和親子活動等,加強學校與家長的溝通。
Our curriculum based on Hong Kong Education Bureau’s Kindergarten Education Curriculum Guide. To let children develop comprehensively and learning interests. To achieve a comprehensive and balanced development, our child-centered curriculum included the thematic and project approaches and covered the six learning areas, including physical fitness and health, language, early childhood mathematics, nature and living, self and society as well as arts and creativity. Children enrich the life and learning experience through free exploration, discussion and visitation. To nurture our children to wider their horizon, construct their knowledge, be proactive and inquisitive in learning. Children can build teamwork spirit and problem-solving skills in a cheerful study environment. Our school focus on moral development that we arranged regular moral education programme to foster positive values and attitudes of children.
Our teacher conduct continuous observation and established portfolio through observe children in daily learning activities and performance in school and access the learning effectiveness of children. Simultaneously, different activities are held to strengthen the bonding and communication with parents. For example, we have organized parent-teacher meetings, talks, workshops, oriental day and parent-child activities. Parents and teachers can realize the learning progress of children through parent-teacher cooperation. Teacher can provide appropriate counseling to parents at the same time.
